Mailing lists can be as broad as all residents with children in a zip code or as narrow as couples between age 24-34, who both work in white collar jobs, earn $75,000 per year, have two children between ages 6-9 that attend parochial schools, coach little league and live on the west side of the street! PHEW! Seems very specific but it can be done!

Resident Occupant List

This list is used for mailing to all residents in a given zip code or other geography for the purpose of getting additional postage discounts, called a saturation mailing. The resident/occupant list usually has no names and few selectors. The name line is usually listed as "Resident/Occupant", names can be requested where available. This is a very inexpensive list and saves on postage cost even more.
